The School of Business welcomes first-year students to our annual Orientation event at the Interurban Campus.

 

Orientation helps ensure that students are well prepared to start with the School of Business and are welcomed by faculty and staff before classes begin.

Parking Rates - effective July 1/10

Effective July 1, Camosun College is increasing the parking rates as follows:

  • $2.50 for 4 hours
  • $5.00 for 8 hours
CBA Computer Labs

Centre for Business and Access (CBA) Labs are available

7 Days a Week
7:00am - 10:30pm

CBA 220 is available for most days for student use.
Please check lab schedule, as there may be the rare booked class.

Students and faculty will be allowed access to the CBA building, via the card swipe, on all stats, except during Christmas break.

Dean's Honour Roll

147 students on the Winter 2010 Dean's Honour Roll!

Camosun College, School of Business is pleased to announce that 147 students have been placed on the Dean’s Honour Roll for Winter 2010. The Dean’s Honour Roll program was developed to give outstanding students the recognition they deserve.  To qualify, students must be enrolled in 12 credits or more and achieve a  GPA of 8.0 or higher.   Winter 2010 Honour Roll

Camosun student becomes first international executive officer on student business club executive

History was made last month at the 2010 Delta Epsilon Chi International Career Development Conference in Louisville, Kentucky. Camosun College business student, Conor Pommerville, was elected to the DEC executive team as a vice-president at the April 17-21 conference. Pommerville, a Camosun Business School student, is the first international officer since the organization’s inception 50 years ago in the United States. More...

Co-operative Education & Student Employment Photo Contest

It is photo contest time again with great prizes to be won!

Our annual photo contest allows co-op and internship students to showcase themselves applying their education in the workplace.

To be eligible, you must have registered in a co-op or internship work term course any time between October 1, 2009 through August 31, 2010, and photographs must pertain to a work term within this time period. Contest rules… (pdf 110kB)

You may submit a maximum of three digital photos, and each photo submission must include a brief description (50 words or less) explaining what you are doing in the photo. Digital photos should be high quality full size images, 2 mega pixels or more, with a file size of approximately 1 MB. Digital photos must be submitted in JPEG format.
